LISA CARNES is a Principal based in the Chicago office. Ms. Carnes has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting, audit and risk management, and financial services. Ms. Carnes is a former Manager of Deloitte Consulting LLP and its School Based Health Services practice.
Ms. Carnes leads ongoing client projects and is responsible for designing, implementing and managing the business processes and applications for claiming of third party reimbursement for health care services. Ms. Carnes provides significant expertise in Medicaid policy, program design, claims processing and operations, and client management. She serves clients at both a local and state level, and brings significant Medicaid policy and audit expertise.
Ms. Carnes earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance, from The Ohio State University. She has also completed the Harvard Leadership Essentials Program.
